Admissions Commence Soon
The University of Aberdeen has initiated the admission process for its Mumbai campus, with the first intake scheduled for September 2026. This format aims to offer a comprehensive and focused educational experience. The programs will adhere to the University’s UK academic standards. Graduates will receive a UK-accredited degree from the University of Aberdeen, ensuring global recognition and value. Students can look forward to a curriculum designed to meet international standards.
Diverse Course Offerings
The Mumbai campus will introduce a variety of courses to cater to diverse academic interests. At the undergraduate level, initial programmes include BSc Data Science (Hons), BSc Computing Science (Hons), MA Economics (Hons), and MA Business Management (Hons). In addition to undergraduate programs, the university will offer a one-year MSc in Artificial Intelligence and a one-year MBA. The inclusion of the one-year MBA is particularly noteworthy, designed for professionals with a minimum of two years of work experience, providing a fast track for leadership development. This accelerated program responds to the growing demand for shorter, career-aligned postgraduate pathways.
Scholarship Opportunity Awaits
To support its launch in India, the University has introduced the Aberdeen Pioneer Scholarship. This scholarship is designed to assist talented students in accessing academic excellence. The scholarship offers a Rs 2 lakh tuition fee waiver to all eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students. To be considered, students must apply by January 31, 2026, and secure acceptance for enrollment in September 2026. The scholarship amount will be directly deducted from the tuition fees, clearly indicated in the acceptance letter from the University. This initiative highlights the university's commitment to supporting aspiring students and making quality education accessible.
