The renovation also introduced five brand-new guest rooms, ingeniously created within existing structures, while the remaining 16 accommodations have been thoroughly updated, including the historic four-bedroom ranch house originally built in 1936 as a summer estate for a former Denver mayor. The architectural vision, brought to life by Colorado-based Resort Design Architects, expertly fused the ranch's rich historical character with the seamless integration of modern conveniences. Many of the guest spaces now feature delightful fireplaces and private porches. A strong emphasis was placed on reuse and upcycling principles, reflecting a deep respect for the property's heritage and a commitment to minimizing environmental impact. The bathrooms have been completely reimagined with custom tile work, premium Waterworks fixtures, and custom vanities. In the sleeping quarters, guests will find the ultimate in comfort with organic mattresses and sustainable linens, while the interior design, curated by Carma House of Design, embraces a vintage-inspired aesthetic, artfully blending custom furnishings and antique pieces with lower-impact materials and original artworks from a local artist.
