has earned the moniker 'Twin Town' due to an astonishingly high incidence of twin births, a rarity in India where such occurrences are typically infrequent. Estimates suggest that for every five individuals in Kodinhi, one is a twin, a statistic that sets it apart dramatically. The village, home to approximately 2,000 families, is believed to host between 400 and 550 pairs of twins. The ad opens by directly acknowledging Kodinhi's status as a 'record holder for the most number of twins,' humorously stating, 'Here, double is in the DNA.' It proceeds to illustrate this concept through various amusing scenarios. One notable scene involves a nurse delivering a baby, only for another to follow with an identical infant, exclaiming, 'boy one, get one.' Another segment depicts a man reporting his twin brother missing, with a police officer easily identifying the sibling from a selfie due to their identical appearance. The advertisement’s simple yet effective visual gags and its unique premise have propelled Kodinhi into the national consciousness, introducing its extraordinary story to a much broader audience.
