The technology sector, in particular, is experiencing a significant mood downturn, with 47.8% of IT professionals reporting a positive outlook in February, a notable decrease from 55% a year prior. The confidence within the sector also dipped by 1.6 percentage points from January alone, highlighting a continuous erosion of optimism.
