this natural hormone but have a stronger and more lasting effect. Their power comes from a two-part mechanism. First, they act on the gut by slowing down gastric emptying. This means food stays in your stomach for longer, leading to a prolonged feeling of fullness and physically reducing the desire to eat more. This simple act of feeling full sooner and for longer is a powerful first step in changing eating behaviour.
Quieting the 'Food Noise'
Perhaps the most profound effect reported by users is the silencing of 'food noise'. This term describes the constant, intrusive thoughts about food—planning the next meal, battling cravings, or thinking about snacks when not physically hungry.
