The crew then moved to Rajasthan, India, using the stark, scenic salt flats of Sambhar and the city of Jaipur as a backdrop for crucial dramatic moments. The final leg of shooting took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the city's modern urban landscape providing a dynamic setting for the film's concluding scenes. Some interior scenes and studio work were also completed in Mumbai.
