This led to significant health improvements, with participants experiencing fewer breathing problems and a reduced need for emergency inhalers. The health benefits were described as being similar to or even greater than those seen in clinical trials for common asthma medications. While this study focused on the benefits of switching from gas, it underscores a critical point: pollutants generated during cooking are a major trigger for respiratory issues.
The Hidden Pollutants in Your Kitchen
