There is no harm in trying it for this purpose. If you find the sound of steady rain or a gentle waterfall relaxing, it might help you sleep better, and quality sleep is undeniably essential for glymphatic function and overall health. However, it's important to manage expectations. You will not be replicating the specific brain-boosting effects seen in the MIT lab.
