If fat loss is your priority, you might increase your cardio to 3-4 sessions a week while still maintaining 2-3 strength days to preserve muscle. The most common question is whether to do cardio before or after weights. The simple answer is to do whichever is your priority first. If you want to lift your heaviest, do strength first.
