After prepping your hair with an anti-frizz serum, brush it back smoothly and secure it at the nape of your neck with a hair tie. To elevate the look and add an extra layer of security, take a small, half-inch section of hair from the underside of the ponytail. Wrap this section around the hair tie to conceal it, and secure the end with a bobby pin tucked underneath. This simple trick not only looks polished but also helps keep the base of the ponytail tight and tidy, reducing the chances of flyaways appearing around the crown.
The Braided Crown Updo
