Adani Green Energy Share Price: Adani Green Energy Limited through its various stepdown subsidiaries has operationalised an aggregate of 307.4 mw power
projects at Khavda, Gujarat, the company informed in an exchange filing on December 31, 2025. With commissioning of these plants, AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 17,237.2 MW. "Based on the relevant clearances, it was decided at 7.47 a.m. on December 31, 2025, to operationalize these plants and commence power generation from January 01, 2026," the company said.

Stepdown subsidiaries listed below;- Adani Renewable Energy Forty One Limited is a wind energy project with a capacity of 0.2 MW.
- Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Limited is a solar energy project with a capacity of 75 MW.
- Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Limited operates a wind energy project with a capacity of 25 MW.
- Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Limited also operates a hybrid (wind-solar) energy project with a capacity of 50 MW.
- Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited operates a wind energy project with a capacity of 31.2 MW.
- Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited also operates a hybrid (wind-solar) energy project with a capacity of 126 MW.

Adani Green Energy Q2 Results FY 2026
Adani Green Energy posted a 28 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 644 crore in the September quarter, driven by the renewable power business.
The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 515 crore in the July-September period of the preceding 2024-25 financial year.
The company's revenue from power supply rose to Rs 2,776 crore from Rs 2,308 crore in the second quarter a year ago.
Total income dropped to Rs 3,249 crore in the September quarter from Rs 3,396 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses stood at Rs 2,874 crore as against Rs 2,857 crore in Q2 FY25.
