“We did get YTD (year-to-date)so far this year, around ₹3,100 crore of orders, which is almost 57% growth over last year,” he said.
The order book is expected to stay balanced at about 55% domestic and 45% international, in line with market potential.
Narang is confident about achieving the revenue growth guidance of 22-25% for the year, as execution is picking up pace. “If you see the numbers at ₹1,650 crore, what we did in Q1, if you annualise, will be reaching around 20–25% growth,” he noted.
Transrail Lighting on August 21 said it has secured two new orders worth ₹837 crore, taking its order inflows for the current fiscal beyond ₹3,157 crore. The company said these include a domestic transmission line EPC order and an international product supply order.

On its exposure to Bangladesh, he said Transrail is completing ongoing projects but not considering new orders. “By the end of this year, we will be around 5–6% exposed, so we are very much in

The company is also executing expansion plans. It has committed over ₹500 crore towards capacity additions, including brownfield expansions and a new greenfield tower project, both expected by March 2026.
Transrail Lighting has a market capitalisation of ₹10,411.55 crore and has seen its shares gain over 39% in the last year.
