Aug 24 (Reuters) - Online fast-fashion retailer Shein launched its long-awaited Hong Kong IPO on Monday, aiming to raise up to HK$13.86 billion ($1.77 billion) at a valuation of close to $27 billion.
It will price the offering on August 28 and debut on September 1, according to the offering prospectus.
