Prior to joining Le Méridien Dubai, he served as complex executive assistant manager - F&B at the Mina Seyahi Complex, overseeing operations at W Dubai, Le Méridien Mina Seyahi, and The Westin Mina Seyahi. His career highlights include curating award-winning culinary destinations and spearheading acclaimed openings in Doha and Baku. In his new role, Buchholzer will focus on revitalizing the hotel's F&B offerings and restoring them to their status as premier dining destinations in Dubai.
