Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) celebrated its 64th Foundation Day with Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati urging the institution to lead in promoting agricultural entrepreneurship. The Governor emphasized the importance of preparing detailed project profiles for agricultural ventures, which would include cost estimates, land and electricity requirements, income projections, and information on subsidies.
