Hotel101-Phnom Penh will be located in the Tonlé Bassac district, offering around 700 rooms, making it the largest hotel in Cambodia by room count. Meanwhile, Hotel101-Sihanoukville will be part of the Bay of Lights coastal development, featuring approximately 680 rooms. These projects are expected to generate PHP 6.3 billion (approximately $110 million) in sales, with completion targeted for 2028.
