Roti Modern Mediterranean, owned by Edible Brands, is launching its first franchising program to expand its presence in the Mediterranean restaurant sector. Currently operating 17 corporate-owned locations in Chicago, Washington D.C., and Minneapolis, Roti plans to grow through single and multi-unit franchise agreements. The expansion targets existing markets and new regions including Michigan, Ohio, the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. Franchise investments range from $494,300 to $813,700, with a $35,000 initial franchise fee.
