EP Manufacturing Bhd (EPMB), in partnership with Blueshark Malaysia Sdn Bhd, has started local assembly of the SoloEra Solo 1C electric motorcycle at its Glenmarie facility in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This initiative supports Malaysia's National Energy Transition Roadmap and net-zero ambitions. The Glenmarie plant has an initial capacity of 12,000 units per year, with assembly of the Solo 2 and Solo 3 models underway. The collaboration combines EPMB's manufacturing expertise with Blueshark's EV technology to advance Malaysia's transition towards sustainable mobility. The Solo 1C model, priced from RM599, has attracted over 6,000 registrations of interest, highlighting its affordability and appeal.
