Petronet LNG Limited recently organized a Management Development Program (MDP) for non-executive staff at its Dahej LNG Terminal. The two-day workshop, held on August 22-23, 2025, in Bharuch, focused on enhancing strategic problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities such as empathy and unconscious bias management. Led by Dr. Anjana Vinod, the program aimed to foster a positive workplace culture and improve team collaboration. A total of 23 employees participated, gaining insights to better navigate workplace challenges and contribute to team success.
