The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) conducted its 2025 Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Week from August 11 to 13, focusing on enhancing safety culture during the summer. The event included participation from ASRY employees, subcontractors, and representatives from government bodies and industrial firms in Bahrain. The program featured campaigns on heat stress prevention, fire safety, workplace security, and waste management. These campaigns included specialist talks, practical workshops, and guided tours of ASRY's facilities. The Supreme Council for Environment presented on environmental sustainability, while ASRY's Quality and HSSE teams provided advanced training sessions. Mahmood Abdulaziz, ASRY's HSSE Manager, emphasized the importance of these events in promoting safety awareness and preventive measures among the workforce.
