She joined bankESB in 2021 as a commercial credit analyst II and was promoted to commercial credit analyst III in 2024. Her career includes roles as a KPMG auditor, an accounting officer at State Street Bank, and a manager in the financial analysis and reporting department at Bank of America. Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Westfield State University and a master's degree from Lesley University. She also possesses a CPA license and a certificate in credit analysis from the Massachusetts Bankers School of Commercial Lending. In her new role, Taylor will be responsible for underwriting complex commercial loan requests and mentoring other analysts.
