However, this drink is unlike any other. The actor shares that this drink is supposed to “help you detox, debloat and digest”.

Ingredients :
• ½ TSP- Ajwain (carom seeds)
• ½ TSP – Jeera (cumin seeds) ½ TSP
• ½ TSP – Saunf (fennel seeds) ½ TSP
• ½ TSP – Adrak (crushed ginger) ½ TSP
• A few Pudina (mint leaves)
• 1 TSP – Sabza seeds (basil seeds), pre-soaked
- To make this drink, Alaya said to put the water to boil and then add in the jeera, ajwain, saunf, and crushed ginger.
- Allow the water to boil with these ingredients for five minutes so that it imparts its properties and nutrients.
- Tear up the pudina leaves and add them to the water, and continue to let the liquid boil for two minutes more.
- By now, the colour of the water will have begun to change, and the fragrance of the ingredients will begin wafting through the kitchen.
- Strain all the liquid into the cup.
- You can now add the pre-soaked sabza seeds, and that’s it.
- You now have the ultimate nighttime drink that is good for you and will help reset your system by the next morning.
