In a small village in Rajasthan, a simple home has turned into a talking point for the entire neighbourhood. What looks like an ordinary house from a distance surprises everyone as they come closer. Painted in bright blue and white, the building now resembles a real Indian Railways coach.
The makeover was done by a proud father to celebrate his son getting a job in the Railways, and people who pass by can’t help but stop and stare.
Father Turns Home Into A Train To Honour His Son
The clip begins with a person slowly passing by the house while recording it on their phone. From the front, the house looks exactly like the front of a train engine. The wall is painted in blue, white, and yellow, just like Indian Railways coaches. Two large black shapes
are drawn on the lower part to look like wheels, and a number “97988652” is painted in bold near the top, similar to a train’s identification number. The roof is made of corrugated metal sheets, and a few trees and open land can be seen around the house.
As the camera moves to the side, the house continues to look like a train coach. Rectangular windows are painted in a straight line across the wall, just like in real trains. Yellow vertical bars are drawn next to some windows to resemble handrails near train doors. The door of the house is also painted in blue to match the rest of the structure.
A House That Looks Like A Parked Train
The person filming then moves toward the back of the house. Here, the wall is painted in solid blue with two large red circles crossed inside, similar to emergency markings often seen on trains. A small iron gate stands in front of the house, and behind it, more open land and a few bushes can be seen. The entire building gives the impression of a stationary train parked in a rural setting instead of a regular home.
Text on the video reads, “Father Painted House Like an Indian Train After Son Gets Railway Job.” The clip suggests that the father did this as a surprise to celebrate his son’s achievement. The video does not show the father or the son, focusing only on the painted house.
People Shower Love And Jokes
The video was shared on February 3 and has garnered over 19.8 million views so far, along with thousands of reactions. A user said, “Imagine his son becoming a gynaecologist.” Another wrote, “This is how fathers show love.”
A person joked, “Bathroom me mug bhi steel ka hoga… wo bhi chain se bandha hua.” Someone else commented, “Chidiya Ghar serial ki yaad aaye.”
A user added, “He works in the train and sleeps in the train.” Another individual said, “Fathers and their ways of celebrating their children’s success.”
