Tanya Mittal Not Making Acting Debut, To Be Seen In Preeti Simoes-Neeti Simoes' Reality Show | Exclusive

For a long time now, rumours of Tanya Mittal’s acting debut have been making headlines. It was said that the Bigg Boss 19 fame will be seen in an upcoming Ektaa Kapoor show. However, News18 Showsha has now exclusively learnt that it is not the case. An insider close to Mittal has told us that she will soon be seen in an upcoming reality show backed by Preeti Simoes and Neeti Simoes under their banner, Lil Frodo Productions, which will stream on ZEE5.

“No, Tanya is not working with Ektaa Kapoor. Those are just rumours. She will be seen in a reality show, backed by Preeti and Neeti. Known for their strong creative vision, the duo has previously been associated with popular shows like Comedy Nights with Kapil, The Kapil Sharma Show, The Drama Company,

and Gangs of Filmistaan,” the insider told us. However, details regarding the format of the show are not known as of now.

Tanya Mittal Begins Shoot

Recently, Tanya Mittal also took to her Instagram and shared a video message with fans from her vanity van as she began shooting for the show. “Finally, the shoot of my first show with Balaji and Hoonur has started, and I’m very happy. It feels very special. I’m very excited for all the fans because it’s their dream as well. I’ve only put in a little effort; they’ve worked much harder for me. So, congratulations everyone! We have officially started the shoot of our first show,” she said.

In the caption of her video, Tanya wrote, “With a heart full of gratitude… Congratulations to my entire Tanya Ka Parivaar — we have officially begun the shoot of our very first show with Balaji Telefilms. This moment is not just mine… it belongs to all of you who believed, waited, and stood by me. A special thank you to @ektarkapoor ma’am for this opportunity. This was never just my dream — it was a shared hope of our entire family. I promise to give my heart and soul to this journey and make you all proud. Grateful. Humbled. Just getting started.”

However, it should also be noted that Tanya Mittal has not issued any official statement confirming details of her upcoming show as of now.
