It’s been a month since actress and model Zarine Khan‘s death. She died on November 7 at the age of 81. Since her passing, her daughters have been sharing touching tributes on social media. Now Zarine’s eldest daughter, Farah Ali Khan, took to Instagram to share another heart-touching post on her one-month remembrance. On Sunday, Farah shared a video on Instagram of some rare and special pictures and videos of Zarine with her family. The post features several images of Farah with her mother, Zarine with her other daughters and husband Sanjay Khan, and the young Zarine Khan. In the caption she wrote, “Dear Mamma, It’s a month today since your passing. I have grieved you, mourned you, remembered you, loved you, and celebrated you. But more than
anything today, I want to tell you how deeply grateful I am to the Universe for blessing me with you as my mother, for giving me the honour and privilege of being your firstborn, and of being loved by you so unconditionally, and in such abundance.” She added, “I am even more grateful that I could love someone so much in this lifetime, because to hold so much love for another human being is a blessing and an even greater blessing was being loved so endlessly by you.” Recalling some deep and meaningful words that one of her friends told her after her mother’s demise, she shared, “But today, I also realised something just as important when my friend Betta spoke to me about you. She said, ‘It’s not important how many days you live, but how much life you have in the days you live.” She said you were the perfect example of that and that I must now celebrate every moment of my life the way you did, with fullness and without regret.” Farah concluded by writing, “I promise you, Mom, to live life the way you lived. Until we meet again. Love you infinitely,” followed by red heart emojis.
