Flavoured yoghurts and protein bars affect the body
Flavoured yoghurts and protein bars are regarded as safe foods for weight loss. During hectic days, many ladies depend on them. What makes them sweeter is the issue. Aspartame or sucralose are examples of artificial sweeteners found in the majority of these items. The body retains fat, digestion slows and bloating is prevalent when cortisol levels are high. This daily cortisol rise can feel like persistent weariness or stubborn weight for women who are already balancing hormonal changes and work-related stress.
Tofu and soy milk exacerbate oestrogen dominance
Foods made from soy are frequently marketed as healthy substitutes for protein. When consumed infrequently, they do provide advantages. Excess is the first step towards trouble. Phytoestrogens are substances found in soy that function in the body similarly to oestrogen. When taken in excess, they may exacerbate oestrogen dominance in sensitive women.
