Actor Shekhar Suman recently delighted fans by sharing a rare and memorable picture with Sanjay Dutt on social media. Taking to his official handle, Shekhar posted the photo and celebrated the moment as a special one. In the image, Shekhar appeared dapper in a black-and-white pantsuit with a clean-shaven look, while Sanjay sported a beard and short hair, exuding his signature rugged charm.

The throwback picture is believed to be from the 1994 Bollywood action film Insaaf Apne Lahoo Se, for which Amitabh Bachchan gave the mahurat clap. The film featured an ensemble cast including Shatrughan Sinha, Farah Naaz, Sonam and Gulshan Grover and remains a notable project from that era.

Apart from Insaaf Apne Lahoo Se, Shekhar Suman and Sanjay Dutt also shared screen space in the 2017 drama Bhoomi. Directed and co-produced by Omung Kumar, the film starred Aditi Rao Hydari and Sharad Kelkar in pivotal roles. Shekhar Suman made his acting debut in 1984 with Utsav, starring opposite Rekha. He later appeared alongside Dimple Kapadia in Pati Parmeshwar (1990) and starred with Madhuri Dixit in Manav Hatya (1986), gradually carving a niche for himself in Hindi cinema.

Shekhar Suman’s Recent Work in Heeramandi
Most recently, Shekhar was seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Set in Lahore’s red-light district during the Indian independence movement, the period drama explores the lives of tawaifs and their personal and political struggles under British colonial rule.

The ensemble cast includes Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal and Taha Shah Badussha.
