123 Telugu has reported that the makers of Vijay Deverakonda’s Rowdy Janadharana are planning a Christmas 2026 theatrical release. While, Nani is also said to be planning the release of his film with Sujeeth around the same time. After wrapping up the shoot of The Paradise, Nani will move on to Sujeeth’s project, which is also a gangster drama with a comic touch.

Vijay officially announced Rowdy Janardhana, which features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. Sharing the first promo on Instagram, the actor revealed the film’s release timeline with the caption, “The Biography of a Wounded man. in 1 year. #RowdyJanardhana December 2026.” The promo is packed with gritty action and violent imagery, hinting at a dark, raw narrative.

In the first glimpse, Vijay appears in a rugged, never-seen-before avatar, sporting curly hair and a thick moustache. Bloodied and drenched in sweat, he is shown slashing goons with a sharp weapon, instantly raising expectations. Fans were quick to praise his fierce transformation and intense screen presence.

During the title glimpse launch event, a reporter questioned Dil Raju about film’s over budget. He replied, “I have made 58 films and introduced 12 new directors. Don’t I know how things work? I have never made a big-budget film with a new director.” He added, “I made Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu with a young director back then. A film’s output depends on how deeply a director is involved in the story. I’m not bragging about this film now, and I’m asking fans to wait till the morning show.”

About Nani and Sujeeth’s film

Nani, who is currently with the shoot of The Paradise, has officially begun work on his next film with director Sujeeth. The yet-to-be-titled project was launched with a grand mahurat ceremony, and the photos from the event are now creating a buzz among fans.

Taking to his official Instagram handle, Sujeeth shared the photos from the pooja ceremony. Venkatesh was also present. The film has been tentatively titled Bloody Romeo. Reportedly, shooting will begin in December 2025, and the makers plan to release it by Christmas 2026. The other cast details will be shared soon.
