Happy Birthday Naga Chaitanya: Top Movies
- Ye Maaya Chesave: This romantic drama, released in 2010, is still one of the most remembered films of Naga Chaitanya. He played a young man who falls deeply in love with a girl and keeps trying to win her heart even after facing family issues. The slow romance, pure emotions and simple moments worked beautifully. His scenes with Samantha felt real, which made many viewers connect with them.
- Manam: The Vikram Kumar directorial is a special film because it brought three generations of the Akkineni family together. Naga Chaitanya played his role with maturity, even while sharing scenes with legends like Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Nagarjuna. The story travels through different time periods and shows how destiny connects people again and again.
- Majili: Another film, featuring Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, where he played a man who loses the love of his life and later becomes unhappy and dependent on alcohol. Chay surprised the audience by showing pain on screen. The transformation of his character from a broken person to a responsible family man made the audience fall in love with him even more.
- Love Story: In this 2021 hit, Chaitanya played a small-town boy who grows up facing problems but tries to build a better life through hard work. His chemistry with Sai Pallavi added great energy to the film. The film follows a Christian Zumba instructor who meets a young upper caste Hindu girl who dreams of dancing and wants to break free from restrictions at home. The two slowly fall in love, but their happiness is not easy because society does not accept their relationship due to caste differences.
- Custody: The movie showed a completely different side of Naga Chaitanya, as he played a sincere police officer who has to protect a criminal while many dangerous people try to stop him. For most of the film, he is running against time, which adds tension in every scene. Chay looked tough, focused and determined from start to finish. Unlike his romantic films, here he used less dialogue and more body language to show fear, pressure and courage.
