Almost everyone has, at some point, been frustrated with their boss. Even those who claim to have a good relationship often secretly see their boss as the villain. And sometimes, the boss actually behaves like one—scolding employees, overburdening them with work, or humiliating them in front of others.
One woman claims to have found a bizarre “solution” to deal with such bosses, and her method has gone viral online. While many users found it hilarious, others called it pure superstition. The video, which is spreading rapidly on Instagram, should be taken lightly — News18 does not endorse any form of superstition or black magic.
The video was shared by Instagram creator Hema Prajapati (@56_bhog_shaukeen), who has 2.3 million followers. Known for
her quirky videos offering “remedies” for daily problems, she often mixes humour with her so-called magical solutions. Her latest video, where she demonstrates a “totka” to make your boss listen to you, has left viewers in splits.
The “Boss Control” Trick
In the clip, Hema explains that if your boss constantly scolds you, makes your life miserable, or humiliates you publicly, this trick could help you “control” them.
Here’s what she does:
She takes a piece of white cloth and places a square sheet of white paper on it. On top of that, she adds two lotus seeds, four sugar crystals, and two cloves. Then, she folds the paper, ties it securely with the cloth, and advises people to take it to their office on a Tuesday. Once there, she says, place it inside your drawer or somewhere near your workspace — and your boss will allegedly start listening to you.
While the video is meant for fun, it’s become a talking point online. Many users filled the comments section with laughing emojis and jokes, calling it the “ultimate employee survival hack.”
