Nayanthara has joined Salman Khan’s upcoming movie, which will be produced by Dil Raju. On Tuesday, the makers of the film announced the same by sharing a photo collage of Nayanthara with Salman on social media. “Nayanthara X Salman Khan, welcome on board,” the text on the photo read.
In the caption, the makers called Nayanthara “queen” and expressed that the upcoming project is “something truly special”. “The Queen Arrives 🔥 The epitome of versatility and excellence @nayanthara joins #SalmanKhanVamshiPaidipallyFilm 💥💥 It’s an honour to have You on board for something truly special that’s underway 🙏🏻,” they wrote. Salman Khan’s Film With Dil Raju
On March
30, Salman Khan shared a photo with filmmaker Vamshi Paidpally. In his caption, he wrote that the film will go on floors in April. “Dil, Dimag, Jigar se from this April with @directorvamshi and #DilRaju #Shirish @srivenkateswaracreations @kuldeep_rathore18 #RafiKazi,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, the film’s production banner Sri Venkateswara Creations also confirmed the collaboration with the Dabangg star. “#SalmanKhan – A Phenomenon who has delivered countless moments of celebration to audiences across the world … Now joins hands with our very own, dearest blockbuster filmmaker #VamshiPaidipally for #SVC63 #SalmanKhanVamshiPaidipallyFilm goes on floors this April… destined for glory,” they wrote.
Salman Khan Working On Maatrubhumi
Salman Khan is currently busy with his upcoming war drama, Maatrubhumi, which was earlier titled Battle of Galwan. Helmed by Apoorva Lakhia, the project also stars Chitrangada Singh as the leading lady.
Recently, a report by Mid-Day claimed that the team has been reshooting portions of the film in Mumbai since February 2026, with nearly 40 days of additional work planned. The revised schedule includes filming new sequences aimed at reshaping the narrative. One of the notable additions is a Chinese-language song, which will be composed by Himesh Reshammiya. The song is expected to be filmed featuring Salman Khan once it is finalised and recorded.
