Two Point O Capital raises USD 10 mn in funding led by Transition VC

New Delhi, Nov 2 (PTI) Clean energy platform Two Point O Capital on Monday said it raised USD 10 million (about Rs 95 crore) in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital to expand into new asset classes such as battery energy storage and sectors like data centres.

Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also took part in the round, the Mumbai-based company said in a statement.

The startup raised USD 6.3 million in 2024. With the latest round, its total funding so far comes to USD 16.3 million.

“This raise will enable Two’s expansion into new asset classes, like battery energy storage (BESS), and build further depth in existing assets like solar, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment, where it currently

operates.

“This capital will also help them make further inroads into sectors with significant energy and water requirements, such as data centres, automotive, pharma, manufacturing and healthcare,” the company said.

Its clients include Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro and Phoenix Mills.

“India’s tremendous growth in commercial and industrial segments will continue to increase demand for energy and water, placing greater pressure on businesses to manage and optimise energy costs and resources.
