Thiruvananthapuram, June 1 (PTI) Kerala Minister for Cinema, Tourism and Cultural Affairs P C Vishnunadh will hold discussions on Tuesday with representatives of organisations working across various sectors of the Malayalam film industry to get their suggestions for the state budget.
The meeting, convened ahead of the state budget, will be held at 4 pm at Hotel Mascot in the state capital, according to an official statement.
Representatives of organisations of actors, producers, distributors, theatre owners and film technicians, among others, have been invited to attend the discussions.
According to the statement, the meeting has been called to gather suggestions and inputs from stakeholders in the film sector ahead of the budget.
Prior to the interaction
with industry representatives, the minister held a review meeting with departmental heads to assess issues concerning the sector, it added. PTI LGK ADB
