Panic spread among a family in Sector 51 of Noida after they saw a cobra inside their ceiling light. At first, they thought it was a wire, but when it started moving, it was no less than a horror for them.
The cobra was in the kitchen, so the family locked themselves in rooms upstairs and relied on food deliveries from outside.
They informed the forest officials. As per the reports, a snake catcher and forest officials reached the site and the struggle continued for hours. Eventually, a powder was poured into the ceiling that prompted the snake to come out.
After 36 hours of stress and horror, finally on Wednesday evening, the Gautam Buddh Nagar Forest Department rescued the snake. A video of the cobra inside the light is going viral, and netizens
are raising questions related to safety.
