Indo-MIM IPO: Precision engineering component manufacturer Indo-MIM Ltd, which witnessed a strong 72.37x subscription on the final day of its bidding on Monday, will see its IPO allotment today, July 28. Investors might be able to check their allotment status in the evening today. They will also get a bank debit message if their allotment is approved.
On the last day of bidding on Monday, the Rs 3,811-crore initial public offering (IPO) received a strong 72.37x subscription, garnering bids for 3,98,58,76,230 shares as against the 5,50,74,644 shares on offer. Its retail category has received a 6.69x subscription, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category received a 50.65x subscription. The QIB category received a 204.47x subscription on Day

Indo-MIM IPO GMP Today
According to market observers, Indo-MIM’s unlisted shares were commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of around Rs 190 per share on Tuesday.
Based on the upper price band of Rs 485, the GMP indicates a potential listing price of around Rs 675 per share, which is a 39.18% listing gain. However, investors should note that the grey market is unofficial and GMP keeps changing based on investor sentiments.
Indo-MIM IPO: Key Details
The Indo-MIM IPO opened for subscription on July 23 and closes on July 27, 2026. The public issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.03 crore shares worth Rs 499.10 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 6.83 crore shares aggregating to Rs 3,311.21 crore.
The company has fixed the price band at Rs 461-Rs 485 per share, with a lot size of 30 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need a minimum investment of Rs 14,550. For non-institutional investors, the minimum investment is Rs 2,03,700 for small NII applicants (14 lots) and Rs 10,03,950 for big NII applicants (69 lots).
The IPO includes a reservation of up to 2 lakh shares for eligible employees, who will receive a Rs 45-per-share discount on the issue price.
The company is expected to finalise share allotment on July 28, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on July 30, 2026.
HDFC Bank Ltd. is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is acting as the registrar. Ahead of the public subscription, the company raised Rs 1,140.99 crore from anchor investors on July 22, 2026.
