Tu Meri Main Tera (TMMTMTTM), starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, is facing a slowdown at the box office in its second week. Released during the holiday weekend, the romantic drama is struggling to maintain its initial traction amid tough competition from Aditya Dhar’s action thriller Dhurandhar and James Cameron’s Hollywood sci-fi epic Avatar: The Way of Water. Both films continue to draw large crowds, making it difficult for TMMTMTTM to hold its ground.
Industry tracker Sacnilk estimates that TMMTMTTM earned approximately Rs 50 lakh on its second Friday, bringing its total box office collection to Rs 30.65 crore. Occupancy rates in Hindi-speaking circuits were modest at 13.38 per cent, with night shows seeing the highest attendance at 18.46
per cent. Evening shows attracted 13.95 per cent occupancy, afternoon shows 15.54 per cent, and morning shows recorded the lowest at 5.57 per cent.
