Real estate developer ONE Group has secured a Supplementary Agreement for the addition of 4.38 acres to its approved over 150-acre mega housing project, ‘ONE City Hamlet’, in Mohali, according to a statement. It said the expansion, spread across Sectors 86, 98, 99, and 105 of S.A.S. Nagar, strengthens the project’s master plan and consolidates the developer’s land holdings in one of the city’s most sought-after real estate zones.
The company said the additional land is expected to unlock a development potential of nearly 10 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area, translating into an estimated revenue potential of Rs 600 crore. With this addition, the Group plans to launch three new projects under the mega township framework over the coming year.
