Veteran actress Sharmila Tagore turned 81 on Monday. Born on December 8, 1944, she has been a part of many memorable films including Anupama, Sawan Ki Ghata, An Evening in Paris, Safar, and several others. Over the years, she has earned immense love and respect from the film industry and her fans.

Naturally, her birthday led to a flood of wishes online. But family always comes first, so the most heartwarming message had to come from them. Kareena Kapoor took to Instagram to extend her birthday wishes to Sharmila, and her post was nothing short of adorable.
