Tiger Shroff and Remo D’Souza are all set to reunite for an upcoming action entertainer. The untitled movie is an action franchise backed by Ankita Lokhande’s husband Vicky Jain’s newly launched banner, VJ Frames. It also stars popular YouTuber and television personality Elvish Yadav. According to the latest update now, Nushrratt Bharuccha has come on board as one of the leads.
A source close to the development told Pinkvilla, “The team wanted someone who could bring both strength and emotional depth to the story. Nushrratt was always one of the strongest choices. Her role has substance, and audiences will get to see her in an exciting new avatar.”
While details about her character have been kept under wraps, reports suggest she has a pivotal
role in the film’s narrative. Her character is also said to go beyond the conventional female co-lead.
Interestingly, this will be the first time that Tiger Shroff and Nushrratt Bharuccha will collaborate on screen. On the other hand, this is the second time Tiger and Remo D’Souza are working together. They had earlier worked on the 2016 superhero comedy A Flying Jatt.
On the work front, Tiger Shroff’s most recent outing was Baaghi 4, the latest chapter in his hit action franchise. Helmed by Kannada director A. Harsha, the film pitted Tiger against Sanjay Dutt, who played the menacing villain. The cast also included Harnaaz Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa, Shreyas Talpade, and several others in prominent roles. The film drew inspiration from the 2013 Tamil action thriller Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu.
As for Nushrratt Bharuccha, she was last seen in the comedy thriller Ufff Yeh Siyapaa, where she starred opposite Sohum Shah.
