A commerce graduate from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, he formally entered the field of gemmology in 1986 after completing a Certificate Course in Gemology from the Surat Gemmology Institute. His professional journey is marked by continuous learning and institutional recognition, including life memberships with the All India Management Association, Indian Diamond Institute (Surat), and Consultancy Development Centre, New Delhi.
Mr. Khanna is an authorised Chartered Valuer of Jewellery, certified by the Indian Institution of Valuers, Pune, reinforcing his authority in gemstone valuation and authenticity. His contributions to gemmology have been recognised with the Global Excellence Award in 2018 and 2019. Beyond commerce, he has played a pivotal role in educating consumers—guiding them on how to differentiate between genuine and fake gemstones, understand treatments, and assess true value. His deep knowledge of Vedic scriptures and astrology has also earned him accolades from Amar Ujala in 2019 and 2022 for his contributions to the field of astrology.
Mr. Aaradhya Khanna – Director & CEO Carrying the legacy forward, Mr. Aaradhya Khanna, Director & CEO, represents the second generation of leadership at Khanna Gems. A B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University with an MBA from NMIMS, he has further strengthened his expertise through diplomas in Digital Marketing, Gemmology, Diamond Grading, and Jewellery Designing. Having closely observed the business from a young age, he formally joined the organisation in 2016.
Under his leadership, Khanna Gems has continued its commitment to authentic, untreated gemstones, while adopting a more structured, digital-first, and consumer-aware approach. A B.Com (Hons.) and M.Com graduate from Delhi University, with specialisation in finance and taxation, she has contributed to the organisation’s structured growth and financial discipline.
