New Delhi, Jul 29 (PTI) Ramkrishna Forgings on Wednesday said it has posted a nearly four-fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 47 crore in the June quarter, supported by revenue growth.
The company earned a net profit of Rs 12 crore in the year-ago quarter, the company said in a statement.
Its revenue from operations also rose by about 20 per cent to Rs 1,217 crore from Rs 1,015 crore in the April-June period of the preceding 2025-26 fiscal.
Naresh Jalan, Managing Director, Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, said: “We have commenced FY27 on a strong note with momentum across both domestic and international markets. Improved operating leverage and a better business mix contributed to stronger profitability, reflecting the benefits of the strategic
initiatives undertaken over the past several quarters”.
The company also announced re-designation of Chaitanya Jalan from Whole-time Director to Joint Managing Director of the company, effective July 24, 2026.
Ramkrishna Forgings approved a capex of Rs 170 crore for expansion of the forging capacity.
Kolkata-based Ramkrishna Forgings is a leading player in forged metal products.
