During his stay at the crease against the Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens, he hammered 5 fours and 4 sixes. The four sixes by Rahul against the Ajinkya Rahane-led side helped him extend his tally of sixes to 31 in IPL 2026. The total of 31 sixes by Rahul in this year’s IPL for Delhi Capitals helped him become the first player in the world to hit 30-plus sixes in an IPL season for three different teams.

The total of 31 sixes in IPL 2026 also helped Rahul become the second batter after Rishabh Pant to hit 30 or more sixes in an IPL season for Delhi Capitals.
