A viral video has left the internet surprised, with everyone wondering if Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana and music composer Palash Muchhal have reunited and are likely to get married soon. Recently, a video surfaced on social media in which Smriti’s father was seen meeting Palash’s sister, Palak Muchhal and her husband, Mithoon, at a Mumbai restaurant. Palak was seen greeting Srinivas by touching his feet.
While the details of their meeting are not known as of now, the video has grabbed everyone’s attention. Netizens are now discussing online whether the Mandhana and Muchhal families have finally buried the hatchet. “😮I am surprised …but not shocked…hua so hua …let it go,” one of the users wrote. Several other users asked, “What’s happening?”
Some of the users also claimed that the video might be old.
It should be noted that neither of the families has issued a statement regarding their alleged reunion or the viral video as of now.

What Happened When Smriti Was To Marry Palash?
Palash and Smriti were set to tie the knot on November 23, 2025, in the latter’s hometown of Sangli, Maharashtra. However, their wedding was first postponed indefinitely and then called off. In a post on Instagram, Mandhana confirmed that the wedding was cancelled. “Over the past few weeks there has been plenty of speculation around my life and I feel it is important for me to speak out at this time. I am a very private person and I would like to keep it that way but I need to clarify that the wedding is called off,” Mandhana wrote.
“I would like to close this matter here and implore all of you to do the same. I request you to please respect the privacy of both families at this time and allow us the space to process and move on at our own pace,” she added.
Did Palash Cheat On Smriti?
Later, Smriti’s friend Vidnyan Mane, who claimed to be present at the wedding functions, made some serious allegations. According to Mane, Palash cheated Smriti and was caught red-handed with another woman in bed. “I was at the wedding celebrations (November, 23, 2025) when he was caught red-handed with another woman in bed. Bhayanak scene tha, he was beaten up by the Indian female cricketers. The entire family is chindi chor. I thought he’d get married and settle in Sangli, but it has completely backfired on me,” Mane said, as quoted by Hindustan Times.
However, Palash dismissed all allegations, calling them baseless. The music composer issued a statement and claimed that Mane’s claims were ‘factually incorrect’. He also argued that such attempts are to tarnish his image and revealed that he is going to take legal action soon.
“In light of the allegations made by Sangli-based Vidnyan Mane on social media, I wish to state that these claims against me are entirely baseless and factually incorrect,” Palash said and then added, “They have been made with malicious intent to tarnish my reputation, and they will not go unchallenged. My lawyer, Shreyansh Mithare, is exploring all legal avenues, and this matter will be dealt with strictly through the appropriate legal channels.”
