Ananya Panday recently shared a heartwarming behind-the-scenes moment featuring filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan. In the video, Farah Khan was seen serving her famous Yakhni pulao to Ananya and her team.
Sharing the moment with her Instagram family, Ananya wrote, “Love shooting with my bestie Farah Khan.”
Farah reposted the video, adding her own warmth: “N I love getting food for my bff Ananya Panday.” The hashtag sparked speculation about the upcoming second season of the comedy-drama series Call Me Bae.
Ananya Panday Is Grateful For ‘Call Me Bae’
Ananya Panday has often spoken about how special the show is to her. Expressing gratitude, she recently said, “I am thankful to Karan Johar for giving me this opportunity. I feel very grateful that
a show like Call Me Bae came to me because it is the kind of material I’ve grown up watching and my favourite genre, which is a mix of chick flick, romance, drama and loads of fun.”
She added that despite its lighthearted tone, the show addresses important topics. “Even though the genre is so light, the show is still really speaking about very important and relevant issues in today’s time.”
Ananya Panday Relates To Her Character Bella
Talking about her character Bella (Bae), Ananya shared, “There are many similarities between me and Bae but I think there are more differences in us, and that’s why it was so much fun to play her.”
She described her character’s positivity, saying, “She’s kind to everyone and sees the best in people and never really lets life get her down.” Ananya added that Bae’s qualities are ones she tries to emulate in real life.
How Does Ananya Panday Handle Criticism
Ananya also opened up about dealing with online trolling. She said, “I’ve realised just to keep my head down and work very, very hard at my job and on my craft every single day.” Over time, she explained, one develops “a thick skin and filter in the important words and voices.”
She remains ambitious about her career, stating, “There’s a long way to go and a lot more work to do, and I’m so excited for everything that’s coming up.”
