Nita Mukesh Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, paid a heartfelt tribute to the true heroes of India – the valiant martyrs and their families – as she received theGlobal Peace Honours
2025. The event at Mumbai’s Gateway of India on Saturday was in honour of the heroes of 26/11 terror attacks and the families of the victims of the Pahalgam attacks.
The Global Peace Honours 2025 was an initiative by the Divyaj Foundation under the leadership of Amruta Fadnavis, wife of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
“My greatest inspiration is India and all the people of India. The love, respect and the bonds seen in India can’t be seen anywhere in the world. There can be no greater sacrifice than that of those who laid their lives for the nation. Who gave up their today so that India can have a safer tomorrow. To all of them and their families, I bow my head in reverence,” Nita Ambani said.
In attendance at the event were her husband and Reliance Industries Limited CMD Mukesh Ambani, sons Anant and Akash, and daughters-in-law Shloka and Radhika.

While actor Ranveer Singh announced Nita Ambani’s name, Shah Rukh Khan hosted a special tribute dedicated to India’s bravehearts.
Khan gave an emotional tribute to the martyrs of 26/11, Pahalgam, and the recent Delhi blasts. His message urging unity, humanity, and pride in India’s brave soldiers quickly went viral, striking a chord across the nation.
CM Fadnavis, Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, Farhan Akhtar and several other high-profile personalities were among the attendees.
The awards acknowledged the acts of extraordinary courage and selfless service.
