The latest episode of Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent saw Varun Dhawan as the guest alongside actress Medha Shankr as well as comedians Nishant Tanwar and Sharon Verma. It is currently streaming on Netflix. The episode instantly gained attention due to the bromance between Varun and Samay.
In one of the moments from the show, Varun picked up Samay’s glass and recreated a popular dialogue from Vivah, offering the latter a sip while saying, “Aapka jal aa gaya, thoda sa jal lenge aap?” Samay went along with the joke and drank from Varun’s hand. He then added, “Kya baat! Hum dono ka rumour na phail jaye,” prompting laughter from Varun and the rest of the panel.
Things took a fun turn when contestant Mihir Patel predicted, “AI videos banenge iske
upar.” Varun was quick to ask what he meant, but Samay simply played along with his usual wit and replied, “You’ll see.”
Just hours after the episode aired, an AI-generated clip featuring Varun and Samay sharing a kiss surfaced on social media. Needless to say, fans are going all gaga.

In the episode, Varun Dhawan also soon found himself at the receiving end of a joke about his acting. Instead of letting it pass, the actor decided to pull Samay into the firing line. The exchange began when Varun encouraged a contestant to perform whatever he wanted on stage. The contestant responded, “Main acting kar sakta hoon.”
Nishant immediately spotted an opportunity to roast Varun. Pointing towards the actor, he quipped, “Are tu to kar lega par…”
The unfinished sentence was enough to land the joke, seemingly suggesting that while the contestant could act, the same assurance might not apply to Varun. The panel and audience broke into laughter, with Varun himself taking the dig sportingly.
But he was not done. Varun stopped proceedings for a moment and summoned Samay to the stage with a simple, “Tu aa ja.”
