'She Texted Me': Kushal Tandon Hits Back At Shreya Kalra's Claim That He DM'd Her While Dating Shivangi Joshi

Shreya Kalra, in an episode of Lock Upp 2, alleged that Kushal Tandon slid into her DMs while he was in a relationship with Shivangi Joshi. Now, after the viral claims, Kashish Kapoor, who entered Alliance as a wild card, questioned Kushal Tandon, and in the newest episode of Alliance, the actor has rubbished the allegations made against him.

While reacting to Kashish,Kushal Tandon shared, “So there was a promo for Barsaatein. Let me tell you, Shreya was promised that she would get a promo with me, and when the promo came out, it was just about me, and she was there for a passing shot.”

He further continued and claimed that Shreya messaged him first. When Kashish grilled Kushal, saying, “She texted you, or you texted her?” Kushal added, “She texted me,

of course! I don’t DM girls. I have too much ego in myself to DM girls. I only DM foreigners, the models!”

He further continued and said, “Baatein to meri bohot hoti hain, aur hoti rehni chahiye. Having said that, she messaged me saying, ‘I wanted to work with you, and I am not saying no to this promo.’ Reacting to this, I said, ‘You shouldn’t have done this. It is looking very stupid for you to do a passing shot. You could do much better than this.'”

What did Shreya say?

During the episode, Shreya claimed that Kushal had messaged her on social media and flirted with her after they shot a promotional video for Barsaatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka. She further alleged that Kushal and Shivangi were already in a relationship at the time, a fact she claimed she was initially unaware of. According to Shreya, she distanced herself from Kushal as soon as she learnt about his relationship with Shivangi.

She was heard saying, “He DM’d me after the shoot. I was dating at that time. At that time, there was something between Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi. I didn’t know about it. He started speaking to me. I got a hunch and stopped. Then, Shivangi and I met on the set, and she was like, ‘Oh hi! Yes! He told me about you, that you followed and messaged him.’ I said, ‘Excuse me! I wouldn’t be the first person to approach any man. I’ve never done that in my entire life.’ I gave my phone to her. She read my whole chat. I didn’t flirt back, and I didn’t say anything.”
