Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 actor Shagun Sharma has made candid remarks about her experience on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, alleging that fellow contestant Gaurav Khanna repeatedly singled her out during the reality show. While speaking about the contestant she would least like to meet after the competition, Shagun named Gaurav and claimed his behaviour towards her often crossed the line. At the same time, she stopped short of judging him as a person, saying the pressure of reality television can bring out a very different side of participants.
Shagun Says Gaurav Khanna ‘Bullied’ Her
During a conversation with Filmygyan, Shagun was asked if there was anyone from Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 she would prefer not to stay in touch with after the show. Without
much hesitation, she replied, “I think Gaurav Khanna is one person I would not want to meet.”
When asked what led to that opinion, the actor alleged that Gaurav frequently targeted her during the competition.
“He was someone jinhone mujhe bhot bully kiya hai,” she said.
Shagun explained that she often felt she was being unfairly singled out, especially during stunt discussions. According to her, if multiple contestants failed to complete a task, Gaurav would direct most of his criticism towards her.
‘He Would Pick On Me The Most’
Recalling specific instances from the show, Shagun claimed Gaurav repeatedly questioned her abilities whenever she struggled with a stunt.
“Let’s say, for example, if five people performed a task and four of them aborted it, out of those four, he would pick on me the most,” she said.
She further alleged that he would make comments such as, “Ye to chor deti hai,” “She is weak,” and “Don’t do this,” which she felt were unnecessary and discouraging.
According to Shagun, what may have initially seemed like competitive banter gradually became uncomfortable.
She said the comments eventually turned “thode mean way mein,” making her feel that she was being targeted more than others.
‘Reality Shows Bring Out A Different Version Of You’
Despite her allegations, Shagun avoided making sweeping conclusions about Gaurav’s personality. She acknowledged that reality shows place contestants in an intense environment where emotions often run high.
“I think reality space mein you do become a different version of yourself,” she said.
She added that she does not believe his behaviour on the show necessarily reflects who he is in real life.
“So, I wouldn’t say ki shayad wo real mein ekdum hi waise hain jaise unhone waha behave kara hai,” she explained, suggesting that stressful situations can sometimes bring out traits people may not otherwise display.

As of now, Gaurav Khanna has not publicly responded to Shagun Sharma’s allegations.
