As anticipation around Prime Video’s upcoming daily reality show, Alliance continues to build, a surprising new pairing is grabbing everyone’s attention. Industry buzz suggests that Kritika Kamra and Gaurav Kapur may be entering the high-stakes social strategy arena together. While there is no official confirmation as of now, an insider has told us that Kritika and Gaurav have been approached for Kunal Kemmu’s upcoming reality show and are currently in talks with the makers. According to sources, “the two have been approached to participate as a duo.”
Names such as Kushal Tandon, Daisy Shah, Uorfi Javed, Raja Kumari, Nikhil Chinapa and Niti Taylor have also been linked to the show, while brothers Awez Darbar and Zaid Darbar are expected to enter
as one of the alliances.
Alliance is the first international adaptation of Talpa Studios’ globally acclaimed Dutch format, created by John de Mol. The Hindi-language show is produced by Banijay Asia. The reality format will see 16 contestants enter as allies, but shifting loyalties, deception, and strategic gameplay will test every alliance in the race for the ultimate prize.
If Kritika and Gaurav participate in Alliance, it will be their first show together. The two tied the knot in March this year. They had a registered wedding at home. Recently, Kritika was speaking to Miss Malini when she spoke about how their relationship started with friendship and shared, “People say friendship is very important in love. I absolutely agree. It’s a great feeling to be with someone who feels like your best friend.”
Kritika, while dismissing the idea that opposites attract, shared, “I think you need more in common to enjoy someone’s company, to live with them and understand them. Attraction doesn’t always consider that, but alignment is important. Your heart and your head need to be aligned, it’s not just fun and games.”
