Sprint legend Usain Bolt opened up on a multitude of this during his EXCLUSIVE interview with News 18 as he talked about the contemporary scenario of the sprint scene and who he looks forward to watching.
Bolt, the holder of multiple records across categories and a certified legend on the track revealed that he sees a bit of himself in Letsile Tebogo.

Bolt, an icon who redefined what it means to be an athlete, said that the 22-year-old Botswana sprinter’s flamboyance and demeanor were akin to that of the Jamaica legend.
Bolt, whose interests extend beyond the track, revealed that it was his cricket coach who introduced him to
running. He also spoke about cricket’s dominance in the peninsular nation and emphasized perspective as the most crucial factor in promoting other sports.
The 39-year-old redefined sport at the highest level and managed the pressure of his extraordinary achievements with ease. When asked about handling immense pressure, Bolt mentioned that the key factor was his inner desire and hunger.

Bolt, who set the 100m World Record in 2009 at the Berlin World Championships with a remarkable time of 9.58 seconds, believes his record will stand the test of time despite the competitive nature of modern sprinting. He also added that he preferred competing in the 200m dash event.
When asked about what excites him in contemporary sprinting, Bolt pointed to the intense competition and the way athletes push each other, which he described as a unique beauty of athletics. He also reminisced about seeing Indian athletes train, which brought a smile to the face of the long-time poster boy of athletics.
Usain Bolt was in Mumbai on Wednesday for a Puma India event as the legendary sprinter is their brand ambassador.
